The construction of China-Greece Cultural Town, is as follows:

A. The first phase covers three sections, 13 exhibition halls/areas, about 100,000 m2 square

B. The second phase covers International conference center and Commercial part

First, From present to the future, as outstanding representatives of ancient civilizations, China and Greece are well known for their all-inclusive architecture and painting art.

Undoubtedly, China-Greece Cultural Town, rich in content, is a rainbow bridge to spread friendship, exchange culture and promote economic cooperation.

The Cultural Town, in conclusion, is not just a "architecture".

Second, The guiding constructing principle focus on "ideological construction", emphasizing ideology .

According to this, we propose the following guiding lines, construction of principles and contents:

• Carry forward the spirit of the Silk Road and carry out the meeting talks between the leaders of the two countries

• Show the development history of eastern and western civilizations by taking the Chinese and Greek civilizations as the main line

• Become an important tool for opening-up and economic promotion by culture

• Help to further integrate "the Belt and Road" & accelerate internationalization process

• Act as a carrier to contribute to "exchanges and mutual learning between different civilizations" and "the  Belt and Road".

• Explain and answer "Joseph Needham's problem" from the perspective of comparative politics (from culturing disagreements to culturing identity).

The above are the guiding ideology and the construction principle of the implementation of China-Greece Cultural Town. Meanwhile, the following directions are proposed:

Construction Process Is Divided Into 2 Phases.

The first phase covers three sections, 13 exhibition halls/areas, about 100,000 m2 :

(I) Exhibition hall/area for the development history of Chinese and Western civilizations.

2. Chinese and Greek mythology

3. Chinese and Greek philosophy

4. Chinese and Greek medicine

5. Chinese and Greek music and drama

6. Chinese and Greek painting and architectural art (excluding outdoor)

7. China hall and Greek featured products hall

8. Chinese and Greek famous music performance hall

9. Chinese and Western wine culture hall; Wine Museum and cellar.

10. From ancient times to present, display the Silk Road and the Aviatic Silk Road in three dimensions.

11. Show the essence of more than 80 countries along the Road, one country one hall.

12. Build a China-Europe Cultural Industrial Park, import industries and drive the economy.

13. Multi-cultural exhibition hall/area

14. China and Greece cultural exchange hall

Display huge events since China and Greece established diplomatic relations, as well as stories of friends and entrepreneurs who made great contributions to the two countries

15. Landscape in miniature area.

In line with the principle of “import essence to the Town” the selected intangible cultural attractions will be made into 3D landscapes in miniature, where 72 landscapes are to be selected.

16. International conference center and resort hotels

17. China-European style commercial streets and auxiliary residential buildings

18. Build industry chains and distribution center of China-European cultural and art products

19 A large commercial platform for Chinese and European artworks.

We have done extremely profound research and thinking for both phases. It was proposed under comprehensive assessments and careful selection. As a research organization we firmly believe that with the guidance of Leaders  and participation of R & F properties , this project can be done.
